Christmas Blog from Myka

Posted on December 23, 2021
A lone barren tree stands against a colorful sunset sky with fluffy clouds.

Mele Kalikimaka from your Winter Season Kureans!

Hi family and friends from all around the Earth! I hope that this finds each and every one of you having an amazing time during the holidays, may your spirits be filled with happiness, peace, love and unity. Spending the holidays here has been very special and humbling. We have been working hard to treat the island as best as we can before it is time to say our goodbyes. I encourage the simple act of giving your loved ones a squeeze and to let them know how much you appreciate their presence. I sure do appreciate my Kure family here!

Mom, Dad, Will, the rest of my amazing family and friends (and my sweet animals back home!)—

Enjoy yourselves and send everyone my aloha and more! I miss you all so so much and my love for you is infinite!

With love,

Myka

ʻŌlelo Noʻeau #844

He noio ʻaʻe ʻale no ke kai loa.
A noio that treads over the billows of the distant sea.
[An expression of admiration for a person outstanding in wisdom and skill. The noio is a small tern.]
